Windmills of yogurt and heart with Nutella Nutella Muffin

Despite the mimosas are blooming and the birds chirp, the time of March still seems not herald the spring!

The cold does not give up and we are gripped by rain and snow!

So in this gloomy afternoon time seems to pass the boredom ... but if we do a sweet boredom becomes a party! ^ ^

Here you are turning from the sweet taste when it's raining outside with a good tea!

Ingredients:

2 egg

50 gr. butter

1oo gr. sugar

250 g of yogurt (1 jar)

250 gr. about flour

½ tablespoon baking

Nutella

Procedure:

With a hand whisk to mix the yolks with the sugar! Then add the butter (very creamy) and yogurt! For the record I used to fish velvety yogurt, but you can use whatever you prefer! Then add the flour sifted with baking powder until you get a smooth paste and soft!

Then wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes! After roll it between two sheets of floured parchment paper!

spread on Nutella and roll!

Cut the biscuits at least 1 cm and place on a baking sheet!

Cook for about 12/15 minutes at 180 degrees! If you do not exceed 12 minutes of baking your cookies will be soft, on the other hand if you prefer a softer cookie unless you stay on 15 minutes!

So what do you think?

You're never too old to have fun with windmills!
