happens very often that people invoke " transparency" in administrative government.
Equally often, public officials do not adhere to the request.
The reason for this meeting is not easy to find.
Public administrators never exercise their activities according to the public interest but always and only in the interest of the group or, worse, in the interest of a "gang" or a committee of 'business.
This fact, occur anywhere in reality makes no use any form of popular protest, because the members of "gangs" or of any committee business are bound by contracts and almost always strong association indestructible.
If we look at the question concerning the city's board and its amazing there is nothing to worry about administrative affairs for the foreseeable future .
The main economic activity is represented by the Porto del Tigullio Lavagna and its enormous potential to provide income to the whole Tigullio, including inland.
When the port was now operational and beginning to generate revenue by enlarging the basin of the interests of affiliated companies in the area, a public administrator, who was elected in the municipal council, thought it right to destroy (???) presence wasting Treasury the sum of about 600 (read six hundred) billion lire!
This gentleman ( this Armanino, still public administrator ) took a pen and paper and wrote to the court of Milan, asking the bankruptcy of the company that ran through the Port made a complaint of allegations and fabrications.
The Court of Milan, as a necessary act, took over the complaint and from there took off the destruction of the "social" of the port operator now owned by a very out of order.
Armanino, as if to be awarded for the heinous act done ( from which only took advantage of the multibillion-dollar Coopsette, of which he was a counselor ) which caused the already mentioned loss of seicentomiliardi state representative, was found for five years to manage the state property and therefore the relationship with activity that he intended to destroy.
On the other hand, even today, with significant and evident contempt, he is "contrary to the port "!!!!
addition to the huge loss to the exchequer, the gesture that crowds of public administrator, it is in the band business which it participated, and caused a massive forced removal from the pockets of users who were forced to repay again what had already paid .........................................
Again this subject was in the last five years the holder of the relationship with the Porto di Lavagna spa that produced the publication of the "Protocol on Port" now available in town for anyone wishing to make comments.
The substantial and obvious characteristic of this "Protocol" is to show how there is nothing but the confluence of two private interests:
the first, that of Porto spa, which is groped to obtain an extension of the concession for another 35 years so as to clean the pockets of users in a hundred billion.
the second, that of the "band business" due to Armanino & co., which is embodied in the assertion of the power of the clan is clearly in conflict coll'interesse result, the city and users.
People of slate that will approach the polling stations, are mostly unaware of the above narrated (and widely documented by a court in Milan )................... ........ the question is: "how do you express a political choice if you do not know the persons who go to vote and their shameful actions?
The answer can only be derived from the apparent superficiality which many rely on when they "choose" an administrator.
