tasty grilled swordfish with green beans and hazelnuts.
This recipe I invented it by accident ... I really like the nuts (or almonds) with the swordfish, so once I tried and I really liked the result. It 'a simple, simple, no frills to enhance a dish. Also because as I said on another occasion, I like fish cooked this way: grilled or baked, without overdoing it with seasoning or spices.
INGREDIENTS AND PREPARATION:
What does it take? A nice piece of swordfish, hazelnuts, parsley, oil, salt and pepper. That's it. The grid
swordfish, add salt, pepper and parsley. Separately they lightly toast the hazelnuts crushed, then towards the end of the roasting adds a little 'oil for a bit to tie' the mixture (if you want you can add some spice to your liking, if you really want for me I repeat, the better the simplicity!). We Serve the fish and sprinkle with hazelnuts and a drizzle of olive oil. Still a bit 'of fresh chopped parsley to garnish and done!
FOR THE BOUNDARY:
The beans are boiled, drained al dente and with a little oil in the past 'of garlic.
