Cheesecake Monstrous



least, it's real cake for Halloween 2010!
This time I decided to use the classic New York cheesecake and decorating theme!

Ingredients:

Fund
250 gr.
digestive biscuits 150 gr.
butter 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Cream
20 gr. cornstarch
100 ml fresh cream
2 whole eggs + 1 egg 2 pinches of salt
100 gr.
sugar 1 / 2 lemon juice
600 gr. Philadelphia pan (maybe the Light) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Coverage
200 ml fresh cream 1
thick natural yoghurt 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon sugar icing
Dye orange
Topic
chocolate balls silver

Procedure:

In food processor put the digestive biscuits, brown sugar and finely crushed everything! In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, add the chopped cookies into a bowl, slowly adding the melted butter and mix well!
In a cake pan to the rim of the opening diameter of 20/24 cm pour the biscuits on the bottom leveling them well! Then put the pan in the fridge for an hour or in freezer for half an hour!

Meanwhile proceed with the preparation cream! In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the vanilla and sugar until the mixture becomes homogeneous! Then add the Philadelphia always mix well to obtain a lump-free! Add, stirring constantly, the juice of half a lemon, two good pinches of salt, cornstarch, and finally the cream is not fixed! Mix well!

Preheat oven to 180 degrees, remove the pan from the fridge / freezer and pour the cream into the pan and level it! Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes and then lower to 160 degrees for the next 30-40 minutes! Remember that if after the first 30 minutes at 180 ยบ notice that the surface of cheesecake begins to darken too much, you can put on a sheet of aluminum!

When you've finished cooking you can turn the oven off and leave your cheesecake for 30 minutes in the oven with the door slightly open!
One important thing to remember in cooking chessecake is to not open the oven during the first 30 minutes to avoid deflation in the cake.

Let us at this point to cover!
to point out that the coverage would be better to use the sour cream, but if you can not find here is a simple solution:
Whip the cream and add a jar of thick natural yoghurt! Leave to rest for a few minute! Add sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract and finally the color orange always mixing everything well! Pour the mixture obtained on chessecake cold and level the surface! Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least one night! The optimal solution is in fact to prepare the cheesecake the day or evening before eating!

Another solution, though not yet proven to me, is that ice cream! In practice, after having poured the mixture over the cheesecake and have it trimmed, you can put the cheesecake in oven for 5 minutes at 180 ° / 190 °! Then once the cheesecake has cooled should put it in the fridge for at least 6 hours!

In both cases after the cheesecake has spent the entire night in the fridge, or at least 6 hours, you can proceed with the topic of chocolate and draw a spider web with its eyes from the silver! Another solution to this is to create a spider web with a cover of chocolate!
