Carnival is arrived this year with its load of cakes and jokes! Children welcome
masked our streets on weekends and pastries target our line with an infinite variety of tasty!
Those of us who had managed at least to hold fast to the line during the holiday season with the carnival must eventually capitulate!
allarmiamoci not, however, because after the holidays Lent carnival arrives, and then the diet is a must!
Call to talk so why now is the time for jokes and party! Precisely for this reason I would start with a recipe ... the crackers!
Then you need to know that I did not go crazy about this cake because very often it was really heavy to eat and digest! Too many times I snapped damselfish that were too arrogant or oil wad, I turned my moral famine frappe on sweets (aka gossip)!

Here's the recipe for super crackers that will satisfy even the most refined palate!
Ingredients:

3 eggs 3 tablespoons sugar

½ cup milk ½ cup of sweet liqueur 1 lemon grated

Procedure: Mix well
sugar and eggs until you have creamy! Add the milk, the rum and the grating of a lemon! How do I find it very suitable
liqueur limoncello or sambuca, but that's okay any kind of sweet liqueur!

Prepare a frying pan with high oil suitable for frying!
I usually use peanut oil but do not recommend to do only with extra virgin olive oil because it has a very intense flavor! If you prefer you can do half olive oil and half oil for frying! Always remember to add oil to the pot a piece of apple, will help to avoid the smell of frying the environment!
Once the oil is hot pour in the appropriate quantity to form your crackers! Usually for a castagnola I rely on the amount of a teaspoon full!
As soon as our crackers are browned remove them from the oil and pour them on paper towels!
Sprinkle to taste with icing sugar or normal!
