Torta Caprese


First I want to reassure the attention of many admirers and Caprese cake! This

Ingredients: 300 gr
. shelled almonds 6 eggs

200 gr.
200 grams of sugar.
100 grams of dark chocolate.
grated lemon butter 1 ½ tablespoon baking

Procedure :
First, finely chop the almonds to the flour which will be used in place of common wheat flour!
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with butter!
Combine eggs and sugar until creamy!
Gradually add the ground almonds and grated lemon!

Once well blended add the yeast and mix well!
Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture!
Bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes!
