Sbrisolona alla Romana


This cake has a terrible failure to end immediately! ^ ^
No one could ever resist a second or third piece of the Roman Sbrisolona!
Eating is believing!

Pasta Ingredients
300 gr.
flour 150 gr.
sugar 100 gr. cold butter into pieces 1 egg
vanilla 1 tablespoon baking

Ingredients Filling
400 gr. ricotta
100 gr.
sugar to taste liquor

Preparation
Prepare the dough mixing all the ingredients!
Once you have formed your dough dough divide it in half!
In a bowl stir the ricotta, sugar and splash of liquor ... I usually use the sambuca!
Half flatten the dough on a baking sheet with aluminum and pour Cuki all creamy!
Finally crumble over the other half dough!
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-35 minutes!
Allow to cool and then dust it with icing sugar!
