Ballet Feet Stretchers




Start your day is important. My start in the traditional way: latte ... and a bit 'is Agata time it wanted with the preparation of delicious muffins. Cinnamon and chopped apple, with whole wheat flour, the first time, then with a simple mix, like sponge cake, delicious, second, and now what I present here, with lemon. For me the latter, for now, it's Oscar for best muffins. But it is a ranking fluid, because I know that Agata is over here and I propose that many other variations. lemon muffins (about 12 muffins)



INGREDIENTS 1 cup and 1 / 2
flour 1 / 2 cup of fine sugar
1 / 2 cup of sunflower oil
¼ cup milk

2 eggs ½ teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder vanilla

The grated rind and juice of 1 lemon



PREPARATION In a bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Add lemon zest and mix well.
In a separate bowl mix oil, milk, lemon juice and eggs, then add the flour and mix together.
Pour the batter into the appropriate molds for the muffins.
Optionally you can sprinkle the surface of the dough with normal sugar, then bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
